Marv Erisman, Ph.D.

Senior Associate of Communication Excellence Institute, Dr. Marv Erisman has over 15 years' experience in consulting and teaching in health care and education. A widely recognized expert in organizational communication and redesign, Dr. Erisman has conducted programs to help managers develop leadership skills and enhance their productivity. He has conducted hundreds of seminars across the country on conflict resolution, team-building, effective supervision, and change management.

In the climate of perennial change in health care today, Dr. Erisman draws on his management and administrative background with healthcare organizations to address critical leadership issues facing hospitals in transition and reorganization. His blend of experience in human resources, human factors analysis, and counseling enables him to help top managers build high-performance teams within a supportive environment.

Professor of Marital and Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University, Dr. Erisman holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Ethics and Psychology from the University of Southern California.
