Jackie Newsom, M.S.
A
member of CEI's professional consulting staff, Jackie Newsom has over 20 years'
experience as a customer service administrator, information systems manager,
trainer, and consultant in all aspects of management communication. Her common
sense approach to problem solving, coupled with her information technology
savvy, has contributed to her success in designing training programs that really
help people and organizations build excellence, particularly in customer
service, time and priority management, change management, and leadership
development.
Jackie's delivery style is highly energetic and
interactive. Organizations like Southern California Edison, the County of Los
Angeles Department of Public Works, the Los Angeles Department of Water and
Power, the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles, and the University of
California, Irvine have all benefited from her training and consulting services.
A popular speaker and educator, Jackie Newsom is invited back by her clients
time after time.
Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills and her Master
of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. She
is currently a practitioner faculty member of the University of Phoenix in the
College of Information Systems and Technology. Jackie is a member of the
American Society for Training and Development and the International Customer
Service Association.
