He will even do some additional research for your speech, when appropriate. The fee for a 3-3 format speech is pro-rated according to the length of the speech (one speech minute = one hour of preparation @ $195/hr.). With this formula, a 30-minute speech is $5,850, and a 15-minute speech is $2,975. The minimum fee for any speech is $1,500.
